Product Description A stunning addition to any collection, this full-tang fixed blade knife Features a handle made from beautiful red stag, a popular material with collectors because of its durability and the fact no two handles look exactly alike. The impressive saber clip blade is made from superhard 440C steel that is easy to sharpen and has excellent edge retention. Handle is adorned with a countersunk brass medallion with the L.L.Bean logo and is held to the tang by two unique brass rivets. Solid brass finger guard. Includes heavy-duty leather sheath with basket weave pattern and three-row stitching that's reminiscent of our famous Maine Hunting Shoe. Display box is made from bird's-eye maple and Features a clear glass top with a wildlife etching. A lower drawer in the box for storing the sheath while the knife is on display above. Made exclusively for L.L.Bean by Katz Knives, long known for their exceptional handcrafted knives. Limited edition of 750 individually numbered knives. Knife is made in Spain, box in Canada.
